Why is the screen not working right on my BlackBerry Storm? None of the buttons work right and I can’t get rid of the keyboard!
This is because Compatibility mode is turned on, and DriveSafe.ly does NOT work in compatibility mode. To turn it off, go to
Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications -> Highlight DriveSafe.ly
then press the BlackBerry Menu key button and select "Disable Compatibility Mode"Note: if the menu says "Enable Compatibility Mode" it means compatibility mode is OFF, so leave it alone!
