Messages are cutting out in the middle of the message
Sometimes ring tones can Silence DriveSafe.ly while it is reading a message out loud and sometimes even before the message begins to play. To make sure this is not the problem, try setting your phone to vibrate mode and have someone send you a message.
How do I change my sound profile to vibrate?
- On the BlackBerry, go to Profiles -> Vibrate
If you’re using DriveSafe.ly Pro, make sure you have selected how many words you would like read.
- To select how many words you would like read, open DriveSafe.ly -> Settings -> Max Words and toggle between 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, or 500 words.
You need a good Internet connection for DriveSafe.ly to connect with our servers for the text to speech conversions. If you lose internet connection, the audio will stop streaming, and your message will stop playing.
