I’m getting an error that says “Failed to capture Email”.
Some third party apps can intercept messages before DriveSafe.ly can read them. Are you using any third party apps, like the Gmail app? Try deleting them, this should fix the problem.
You may need to edit the application permissions. To edit permission, open Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications -> Highlight DriveSafe.ly (Don’t Click) -> Hit BlackBerry Menu Button -> Set all to Allow -> Hit BlackBerry Menu Button and Select Save -> Pull Out and Replace Battery.
If you are on BES or BIS, sometimes certain network security settings need to be changed. Contact your network administrator and ask them if there are any security settings that would prevent DriveSafe.ly from seeing your emails.
