When I tried to purchase DriveSafe.ly Pro, I get an error message that says, “Entity is Too Big.”

This error sometimes results when trying to purchase DriveSafe.ly Pro through a third party vendor. Try purchasing through our website either from your computer or right from your BlackBerry!

From your computer, go to http://www.drivesafe.ly/purchase/?upgrade=1 and follow the prompts to purchase DriveSafe.ly. When the payment goes through, you will receive an email containing your Purchase Code. Please note: If you don’t receive your purchase code, check the spam folder of the email address linked to your PayPal account because sometimes the emails we send out containing your purchase code may get caught in spam filters. Once you’ve installed DriveSafe.ly, open it up and go to Settings -> Account -> Purchase Code: -> Enter your purchase code -> click Confirm Purchase Code. A message should appear on your screen that says "Your Purchase Code is Valid."

It says my purchase code is not valid:
Try Copying and pasting in your purchase code. It is a 16 character alpha-numeric code, so it’s easy to make a typo. If this still doesn’t work, try manually entering the code in case it was copied incorrectly. If you get a field is full error, you need to update to a newer build of DriveSafe.ly.
